Refund Policy

1. Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial project setup and planning.

2. Partial Refunds

If a project is terminated before completion, clients may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point.

3. No Refunds After Completion

Once a project is completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for domain name registration fees, third party services, or any work completed according to the client's specifications.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide written notice of project cancellation. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply.
